Exhibition conception: Barbara Ilkosz
The exhibition featuring the works donated by the artist to the National Museum in Wrocław: 7 paintings from the Past – Future series (2006-2007).
Danuta Leszczyńska-Kluza studied painting with Zbigniew Pronaszko at the Academy of Fine Arts in Kraków. Her paintings hover between figurative and abstract. She is inspired by mythology and literature, her works, saturated with symbols, allusions, and metaphors, may seem obscure and esoteric. They deal with eschatology and fundamentals of human existence.
